With over $1.8 Million in amenities to include two waterfront common areas with boat slips for off-water lots, these slips will be covered and have electric lifts. Included in the waterfront common areas are bathrooms/changing rooms and beaches so that all community members can enjoy the beautiful lakefront.
Included in the common areas will be pavilions, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts as well as a 30'x60' Pool in one of the common areas.
